2.1 Bookings for our services can be made online, via email at ralph@ralphvandale.com, phone at 317-659-5400, or through electronic communication.
2.2 Cancellations must be made within a specified period prior to the event. Failure to cancel within the specified time may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Payments and Pricing:
3.1 Payment terms, including deposits and final payments, are outlined at the time of booking and are subject to the agreed-upon service package.
3.2 We accept various forms of payment, as specified on our website or communicated by our staff.
3.3 Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice. Additional travel fees may apply for services outside the Indianapolis area.

8.2 Opt-Out Option: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send "STOP," we will send an SMS to confirm your unsubscription. Once confirmed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply sign up as you did initially.
8.3 Help and Support: For assistance with our messaging program, reply with "HELP" or contact us directly at ralph@ralphvandale.com. Please note that carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
8.4 Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and from you to us. You may receive up to 7 messages weekly, with the possibility of receiving more messages in response to your interactions.
